Hi beauties! As the weather gets chillier, it’s so important to have a solid go-to coat. Of course funky, trendier ones can be fun – I’m all about including statement pieces in your wardrobe. But there’s just something about timeless pieces that you know you’ll have for a really long time.
Recently I was fortunate enough to work with Sézane, an amazing French brand that sells classic, high-quality clothing items. I picked out this beautiful coat (and polka dot dress) and immediately fell in love! Perfect with a dress and over-the-knee boots like I styled it above, or really with anything else – jeans, a skirt and tights, leggings, you name it. It is definitely something I’ll keep forever.
When it comes to shopping, it can be hard to decide which items are worth investing in. For me, it’s coats, jeans, and shoes. A lot of us wear all three of these things quite a bit, therefore they can wear out quickly. Spending a little more can save you money in the long run since it usually means the item is nicer quality and will last longer.
All of that said, I get that there are times when we want to go with the less expensive option for budgeting reasons or whatever else! Totally understandable. SO!
