Not long ago when I asked you what you wanted to see on the blog, I got quite a few requests for some posts on what to wear to work. And trust me I feel ya on this one… getting dressed for work Monday-Friday gets old real quick.
It is so easy to fall into ruts and wear the same thing all the time. I’m super guilty of this during the winter. So often I just throw on jeans and a sweater and call it good. But when I actually take the time to put together a thoughtful outfit that is fashionable and expresses my style, I feel much more confident. You know what they say – when you look good you feel good. And I don’t mean this in a materialistic, superficial way… I’m just saying we all deserve to take good care of ourselves and our appearance. Not only will we take ourselves more seriously, but so will others.
So today, since spring is officially here THIS WEEK (yay!), I’m going to share some cute work outfit ideas for early spring. It’s the time where we want to dress for warmer weather while also staying professional.
OUTFIT DETAILS: BLOUSE | PANTS | SHOES (similar)
My office is super chill so I don’t typically dress business casual… an outfit like this one is about as fancy as I get. 🙂 When I’m shopping for work, I try to buy clothes that are versatile and can also be worn outside the office. My go-to retailers are Zara, H&M, & Other Stories, and Lulus.
Below I pulled together pieces that could go for different types of work settings and can also be mixed & matched easily. Tops, pants, skirts, dresses, shoes… Pick a few things to refresh your work wardrobe! (If I could, I would include Zara and Lulus as well, but unfortunately they aren’t compatible with rewardStyle which is what I use to make the shoppable images). 🙁

Thanks for reading! Let me know if you have specific questions about what to wear to work and I’ll try to help you out. Shoot me an Instagram DM from the fitting room, ask what shoes would be best with a certain dress, WHATEVER! I’m here to help & I love this kind of stuff. 🙂
And finally, I want to add that a lot of these photos were taken by my cousin/roomie, Cally Smith! It was so fun to have her join me & my mom on this photo shoot. Always nice to get different perspectives!
