May Mindfulness Challenge: Remaining Mindful in Mundane Moments - AUTUMN SORELLE
We spend so much time just going through the motions of life - think about how much time you spend driving, eating, brushing your teeth, showering, cleaning, etc. It adds up to be quite a bit of time! It is so incredibly easy to let our mind race when we're doing these things. For this Mindfulness Challenge I wanted to see what happened when instead we took advantage of this time in a different way by choosing to slow down and re-ground our thoughts.
